  • Stainless steel products do not need a special care. Fit to any professional dish washer.
  • Only the brass panel menu holders have to be regulary treated with special products for brass.
  • For the illuminated menu holders the electrical system must be used in accordance with the NFC 15/100 standard.
  • PVC menu covers are water washable.
  • The leather menu Deauville has to be cleaned with adapted products.
Tricks : Mix 1/3 of water with 1/3 of white wine vinegar and 1/3 of alkali. The result does not smell very good but it is really effective to clean the brass surfaces.
