All the illuminated menu holders METAFICH are provided with all parts needed for a standard working.
for replacement of failed part due to manufacturing or material defects.
Bulb replacement, key replacement are excluded of the guarantee.
Any modifications of the product or misappropriated use will cancel the guarantee.
Electrical system must be used in accordance with the specification.
Free delivery and no extra charges for spare parts.
For any special orders, 30% must be paid in account of the order and no return or exchange will be accepted.
For standards products, return or exchange must have our agreement. Customers pay delivery costs.
Any claim must be done within 10 days following the date of delivery.
In case of dispute, the Commerce Court of Saint-Etienne on its own is qualified.

Minimum of order : 80.00 € net. Under, extra costs : 11.50 € (except for spare parts).
In pursuance of article L 441-6 of commercial law, penalties for payment delay start to be charged the day after the date mentioned on the invoice.
From this date, according to the law, the unpaid sums will bear interest pro rata temporis three times the current legal interest rate.
Moreover, if the customer on former orders did not meet the general conditions (e.g. lack or delay of payment), Jurine SARL can refuse to sell unless enough payment guaranties could be given or payment could be done when order is placed.
No rebate for cash or anticipated payment will be allowed.

Deliveries are at the consignee's own risks on the following conditions : For export, quotation in ex works and FOB (European harbours or air freight from french airports).

PERSONALISATION :

We mention for each menu holder the colour available on stock.
Each of our models can be provided in others colours on our colours chart with extra charge of 18.00 € and additional delivery time.
For other specific colours, sample or RAL reference is required (please ask for a quotation). Delivery within 3 weeks.
We could not be responsible for any alteration of the colour and as any special order, no refund will be allowed.
Some models of menu holders come with a personalisation as mentioned in the article description.
For the other models, all the menu holders can be designed with adhesive letters available in different colours with extra charge of 25.50 € a marking and additional delivery time.
Menu covers are provided with or without marking - to be précised when order is placed - and can also be personalised (please ask for a quotation).
